The 15th China (Dongguan) International Textile & Clothing Industry Fair was grandly held at Guangdong Modern International Exhibition Center from April 1, 2014 to April 4, 2014. Bealead participated in this largest textile & clothing industry fair in Southern China with 106B mini down filling machine, 818B high performance down filling machine and 1218B down quilt filling machine.
106B, suitable for small-sized down jacket factories, is used simultaneously in conjunction with JIT single piece flow production mode which is highlighted by Bealead in 2014 and the most cost-effective in China currently; 818B is a high end type in China currently which first displays single filling error at the highest accuracy of 0.01g; 1218B down quilt filling machine is mainly used for home textile quilt. Global leading large automatic equipment can be customized according to the requirements of customers. Although it rained heavily during those days in Dongguan and the overall popularity declined compared with last year, Bealead down filling machines still attracted attention of many domestic and overseas industry insiders, created hot atmosphere and received unanimous praise.

Through on-site presentation and detailed inquiry, customers realized Bealead down filling machines satisfied their demand for “high efficiency and labor-saving”, “accurate quantification” and “health and environment protection”, which proved the slogan put forward by Bealead: Make the best down filling machine in the world. During the exhibition, five fully automatic down weighing and filling machines were sold successfully on the site (A contract was signed for one filling machine with a Canadian customer) and we are still in negotiation with many enterprises.
