Accompanied by Qian Weibo, the Chairman of Bealead and Wang Xiaofeng, the General Manager of Bealead, over ten persons from Fujian 361°Group and Zhejiang Youngor Group, key cooperative customers of Bealead, visited and exchanged with Changshu Bealead Automatic Machine Co., Ltd. and Bosideng Group on November 27 and November 28.

361°, Youngor and Bosideng are all listed garment companies enjoying great fame and influence in China and also key cooperative customers of Bealead. They gathered together through Bealead to deeply discuss future trends of garment making industry and driving force of information technology and automated equipment towards garment making industry.

During the two-day visit, the reception team accompanied the customers in visiting the R&D Center, the Test Center, the production workshops and the Product Exhibition Center of Bealead. Through the on-site visit and communication, the customers further understood the current status and development of Bealead fully automatic weighing down-filling machines. Besides, 818B Model was highly spoken of by the customers for its higher precision, higher speed and higher stability.

Then we also organized field survey of Bosideng Group for the customers. The customers visited the modernized dust-free environmentally protective down-filling workshop planned and deployed for Bosideng Group by Bealead. There were dozens of Bealead series of down-filling machine products orderly arranged in the workshop, including 106B Mini Model suitable for streamline operation, 618B Classic Model and state-of-art high performance 818B model. The customers’ perception of conventional workshops was completely changed by the clean and tidy floor, orderly deployment and good air environment. We introduced to the customers in detail the applicable processes, production scenarios and different performances. Down-filling workshop with such overall deployment not only greatly improves down-filling environment but also effectively avoids wastes of down and improves overall image of the factory.

Thanksgiving Day fell during the reception period. On the evening banquet of the day, Qian Weibo, the Chairman of Bealead, thanked Bosideng, 361° and Youngor for their trust and support, and hoped Bealead would reward the customers with better products and services.
